Consistency is key, so every week we offer virtual online classes designed to help you explore, understand, and challenge your body.
From the comfort of your home, using only simple equipment, classes will cover:

• Flexibility
• Strength
• Balance
• Endurance
• Coordination
Classes will be live online, but for those who registered and can’t make the scheduled time, a link to a recording of the class will be sent later that day. The link will be good for 7 days following class.
All Virtual Classes are donation based with suggested prices.
